Kodak Mammography film
 Kodak Min-R S film requires no adjustment to equipment or procedures in most cases. Compatible with all Kodak Min-R screens, this film: • Provides a 100-speed system with Min-R screens and a 150-speed system with Min-R 2000 screens. • Provides good, consistent results with shallow-tank and shared processing equipment. • Is compatible with Kodak GBX developer and fixer for manual processing, maintaining density needed for an acceptable image. • Can be used with orthochromatic mammographic screens from other manufacturers. • Provides optimal results when used with the complete Kodak system including processing solutions, screens, cassettes, and processors. Sharp, crisp images improve viewing ease and provide increased diagnostic information. High resolution provides enhanced perception of microcalcifications and other minute details. Innovative design Kodak Min-R S film is an innovative dual-emulsion film designed for use with a single intensifying screen. A proprietary technology employs two thin emulsions working in tandem to yield a superb image—while providing greater processing tolerance than a thicker single emulsion. • The primary emulsion images breast parenchyma, providing detail and contrast. • The secondary emulsion images the breast periphery and upper density. |
