Please note all returns must have pre-authorization and a return number. Must call ahead before returning any items. All items returned to ClassicXray.com without a return number will be rejected.

All orders cancelled or returned are subject to a 15 to 40 percent restocking/termination fee depending on the vender they are shipping from. No returns after 30 days.

Excluded from the restocking/termination fees are any items that have a manufacturing defect.

The Hope MicroMax X-ray processor is custom made for each customer and therefore it is non-returnable.
