Please note all returns must have pre-authorization and a return number (RA). Must call 573-308-4448 for a RA#. Defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

All non-defective items cancelled or returned are subject to a 15 to 40 percent restocking/termination fee depending on the vender they are shipping from. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.

Excluded from the restocking/termination fees are any items that have a manufacturing defect.

The Hope MicroMax X-ray processor is custom made for each customer and therefore it is non-returnable. Too add, we had not sold any defective Hope processors since we started business in 2000.
